The City of Rapid City and the Rapid City Sports Commission are committed to providing top tier sports and recreation facilities for all community members. The City of Rapid City and the Rapid City Sports Commission have engaged The Sports Facilities Companies, a sports and recreation strategic planning, development, and management firm, to conduct a community engagement survey on a new sports and recreation facility. The following survey focuses on community member responses to better understand community needs, desires, and potential use of a new indoor sports complex that may be considered as part of future facility considerations. While plans are to include courts and indoor turf, additional input is required to assure the needs of the community are being met. Responses to these questions will be used to inform the decisions and planning for potential future facility development.
