Welcome to the 2025-2026 Graduating Student Exit Survey!
USJ's Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE) is asking questions to graduating students to hear feedback and improve the campus experience. This survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.
Participating is optional, and you may stop participating at any time. All responses are confidential. OIE staff and USJ administrators will use these survey responses. If you have questions, please email OIE at: data@usj.edu. All surveys from OIE will include this message.
Please note- If you are graduating from USJ after August 2026, please do not complete this survey. We will reach out to you again with an updated version of the survey next year!
