Description: Burnout is on the rise across the healthcare industry. While providers work in highly stressful environments and situations, it is not a usual part of the medical education curriculum how to manage the ongoing nature of that stress. Dr. Alavi will discuss what preventative measures can be employed and the importance to issue the same care and kindness to ourselves as you do to your patients.
