Welcome! Thank you for your interest in taking this survey.

Ednium: The Alumni Collective is conducting research about the wellbeing of young adults who attended Denver-area public high schools. We are conducting a survey that focuses on how you are doing in areas that alumni have identified are essential for leading a thriving life– these focus areas were co-developed in partnership and collaboration with Ednium’s community of Denver-area public school alumni.

What is the purpose of this research?
This research is part of a project to inform Ednium’s strategy and practice, and to explore the ways in which community-driven research can help shape organizational priorities. By participating in this research you can help shape the organization's programming and the public dialogue about what it’s like to be a young adult in our community.

What will I do in this research?
We invite you to complete a survey that asks you about areas that can help people lead a thriving life: living authentically, having a sense of purpose, taking care of one’s physical and mental wellbeing, having meaningful relationships, and having financial security. Questions are mostly multiple choice, with some opportunities for short responses.

How long will this take?
This survey will take about 15 minutes, and your participation in this survey is voluntary.

Are there any risks to participate? How are these risks minimized in the research?
Some questions may be personal and require self reflection. You can skip any questions you don’t want to answer. There is a minimal risk that your responses could be tied back to you. To minimize this risk, we are not collecting personally identifiable data, and all responses will be kept anonymous. Data will be stored securely and will only be reported in aggregate.
Is there any compensation for participating?
To thank you for your time, you may choose to enter a drawing for the chance to win a $100 or $50 gift card (we will select 3 winners for the $100 gift card, and 7 winners for the $50 gift card). To receive the gift card, you will be given the option to provide an email contact at the end of this survey. Your email information will be deleted after the drawing is completed.

If you have any questions or concerns about this research, please let the team know by emailing Elijah Huff at elijah@ednium.org.
