2025 End of Year Awards

The Columbia Falls Area Chamber will be presenting multiple different awards at our January 27th, 2026 awards ceremony to recognize individual people and businesses who have made a difference in our business community during the 2025 calendar year.
Nominations should be made by submitting the below form and will be reviewed by the Columbia Falls Area Chamber staff. Top three nominees in each category will be notified and invited to the Chamber’s Annual End of Year Celebration and Award Ceremony January 27th, 2026. When nominating, please consider the qualifications listed below in each question. Please note, only active Chamber member businesses and persons working for a member business are allowed. 1.Nonprofit Chamber Member of the Year
2.Nonprofit Member of the Year Continued:

Please explain why you are nominating this business for nonprofit of the year. (Please include accomplishments and achievements during the 2025 calendar year.)
3.Community Spirit Award

Nominee must be either a resident or represent a business that is a member in good standing of the Columbia Falls Area Chamber of Commerce (Member Directory: https://columbiafallschamber.org/business-directory)

Nominee must show exemplary service through volunteer activities that benefit our local community, non-profits, school district, and/or the Columbia Falls Area Chamber

Nominee must exemplify the community spirit in our community through activities demonstrating civic pride, action which places service to others above self, and/or demonstrates the strength, energy and pride of Columbia Falls
4.Community Spirit Award Continued:

Explain why you are nominating this business/individual/group for the community spirit award. Please include accomplishments and achievements during the 2025 calendar year. Explain who, what and why you think this individual, company or group deserves the community spirit award.
5.Small Business of the Year

Nominee must be an active business located or operating in the Columbia Falls Area;

Nominee business must have between 1-10 employees;

Nominee must be a member in good standing with the Columbia Falls Area Chamber of Commerce; (Member Directory: https://columbiafallschamber.org/business-directory)

Nominee must have demonstrated one or more of the following characteristics:
 Exceptional growth through additional creation of jobs
 Revenue growth
 Innovative products and/or services
 Provides exemplary customer service
 Volunteers in the Columbia Falls and/or surrounding communities
 Demonstrates economic support of the Columbia Falls Area business community
6.Small Business of the Year Continued:

Please explain why you are nominating this business for small business of the year. (Please include accomplishments and achievements during the 2025 calendar year.)
7.Medium Business of the Year

Nominee must be an active business located or operating in the Columbia Falls Area;

Nominee business must have between 11-100 employees;

Nominee must be a member in good standing with the Columbia Falls Area Chamber of Commerce; (Member Directory: https://columbiafallschamber.org/business-directory)

Nominee must have demonstrated one or more of the following characteristics:
 Exceptional growth through additional creation of jobs
 Revenue growth
 Innovative products and/or services
 Provides exemplary customer service
 Volunteers in the Columbia Falls and/or surrounding communities
 Demonstrates economic support of the Columbia Falls Area business community
8.Medium Business of the Year Continued:

Please explain why you are nominating this business for medium business of the year. (Please include accomplishments and achievements during the 2025 calendar year.)
9.Large Business of the Year

Nominee must be an active business located or operating in the Columbia Falls Area;

Nominee business must have between 100+ employees;
