The Action Plan turns the key priorities from the Public Health Plan into clear, practical actions for the whole organisation.

These actions are grouped under four focus areas from the State Public Health Plan — Promote, Prevent, Protect and Enable — to make sure we stay aligned with State and Council goals.

Aboriginal health and wellbeing, along with equity and inclusion, are included across all areas. Specific actions are identified to make sure these priorities are clearly addressed and supported.

The plan builds on what we already do well, while also identifying ways to work better together, strengthen partnerships, and deliver targeted programs that improve health and wellbeing in our community.

This survey asks you to choose what matters most to you. Your responses will be considered alongside local population data and community planning information to help guide priorities and decision-making.
