Rose Quarter Improvements

ODOT and the project team are working hard to ensure that the I-5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project is responsive to community desires for a rejuvenated historic Albina neighborhood. The following questions will help inform us as we move ahead with project planning and design. Thank you for your input. These questions should only take a few minutes of your time to answer.

Note: Although this is an anonymous survey, the information provided on this form is considered a public record and could be subject to a public records request. Also, open ended feedback is restricted to 100 characters, however you are always welcome to submit additional feedback through the project website.
Project Design

A major project component is the highway covers. These are concrete and steel platforms that span the highway below. Highway covers create more usable area above I-5 where there is currently little to no usable space. They reconnect the street grid and can be constructed to support community activities, gathering spaces and potentially structures.
