Join our Warm Spaces network as a Crisis and Resilience Funded Hub this winter.
Winter Resilience Hubs build on our Warm Spaces, as places where residents can connect with others and be connected to the right advice and support at an early stage. These hubs are part of a joined-up, "no wrong door" network across Burnley, working towards the Crisis and Resilience Fund's aims of effective crisis support, improved financial resilience, and stronger local networks.
Community organisations can apply for funding of up to £1,000 to deliver a weekly Winter Resilience Hub session between 2nd November 2026 and 26th February 2027. This funding isn't there to pay for activities you already run, it's to help you take part in the network. This can mean a contribution towards things like staff or volunteer time, venue costs, promotion, and the practical costs of being a welcoming hub, information point, and referral route for residents. Down Town will operate as a central hub within the network.
