The Momentum Accelerator is designed to support innovative SMEs working within health and care to accelerate the spread and adoption of proven innovation and technology across the NHS and wider healthcare system.
The 2026 programme will place a particular emphasis on supporting SMEs to:
- Develop and strengthen routes to NHS adoption and scale
- Build commercial readiness and market access capability
- Generate and secure funding and investment opportunities
- Access strategic partnerships, mentorship, and expert guidance
- Demonstrate clinical, operational, and economic impact
