The Central Interior Rural Division of Family Practice is seeking input from residents of 100 Mile House and the surrounding area to better understand how people access primary care services in our community.
This survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete. As a thank you, participants may enter a draw to win one of three $50 grocery gift cards. If you wish to enter the draw, you will be prompted to provide your contact information at the end of the survey. Your contact information will not be linked to your survey responses and will only be used to contact prize winners.
The survey will remain open until July 25, 2026. Participation is voluntary, responses are anonymous, and all results will be reported in summary form only.
