Expand and promote Encounter tours (as a ‘taster’ to promote potential placement)
Expand our education/media campaign (including social media and webinars) to highlight the unique points of difference in Palms International assignments and the benefits of 2 year mentoring assignments
Investigate options for shorter in country placements which do not compromise the intercultural exchange objectives of Palms
Target strategic alliances/collaboration and promotion to organisations with compatible values, including inter-faith
Organise public events/cultural activities likely to appeal to potential Palms participants, to lift Palms profile and promote placement opportunities

Foster connection and collaborate with potential Church partners in regional/remote areas of highest socio-economic disadvantage in Australia to Investigate opportunities for and costs of placement and/or remote mentoring
Engage with dioceses and community organisations to develop and offer tailored Neighbours Without Borders training to support their efforts to service members on the margins
Expand targeted Encounters tours
Support program returnees and NWB training graduates in their prophetic mission in Australia
