The flare demonstration will be conducted by Coastguard. Fire and Emergency will also attend to familiarise boat owners with the type & operation of extinguishers.
Many attendees will have the opportunity to let off handheld flares themselves.
* Please come to clubrooms at 7pm for a talk and safety briefing from Coastguard and Fire and Emergency.
* Children (accompanied by an adult) are also welcome.
* 8.30pm finish time is approximate.
