Learning Needs Analysis 2023

County Tipperary Chamber Skillnet is seeking training requests from all companies regardless of size or sector in Tipperary to provide relevant and innovative programmes.  County Tipperary Chamber Skillnet will do its very best to provide requirements in a cost effective way with as much funding as is possible.  I am asking companies to submit a training plan/requests based on business needs for 2023 or similar training delivered successfully in 2022.

All courses may be identified regardless of whether or not they are in-company/sector specific.

Please consult and pass this link on to all departments within your company so that all training requirements are captured for the Network.

Do you know the current skills in your workforce?

Do you know the gaps at individual and team level?

And most importantly, do you know how those gaps impact the bottom line?

This survey will remain confidential between yourself and the Network you are not obliged to complete training that you list, it is used to plan for the 2023 budget.
