ELIGIBILITY ProStart Schools: 1) must currently teach the Foundations ProStart curriculum, and 2) must return signed paperwork to be a Premier or Full ProStart School to the FRLAEF HTM Schools: 1) must currently teach the Hospitality & Tourism Management curriculum, and 2) complete the Fall HTM Survey If a piece of equipment is requested, it should be something that will be used frequently throughout the year. The FRLAEF prefers not to fund curriculum, ServSafe, SafeStaff, printers, digital cameras, guest speakers, field trips and transportation. If any of these items are needed it is suggested you contact your local Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association Chapter.
