Welcome

The East Hawai‘i Drug-Free Coalition is a community coalition that seeks to prevent and reduce underage drinking and other substance misuse in East Hawai‘i, from keiki to kūpuna. We are seeking ADULT input regarding underage drinking in social settings, such as homes, community centers, and beach park pavilions. Our initial findings suggest that these social settings are high-risk areas where youth drink alcohol and we’re exploring these settings in more detail to have a better understanding of the risks associated with underage drinking in these specific areas. This survey is for ADULTS in our communities to help us identify the best possible solutions for keeping our communities safe and reducing underage drinking. Your responses are voluntary and confidential; no identifying information will be collected.
Your responses may be grouped with other responses and used by the coalition to identify and promote evidence-based environmental strategies to reduce underage drinking in social settings: the combined data collected may be used in print and electronic materials. You may stop the survey at any time for any reason if you do not wish to continue. Mahalo for sharing your manaʻo (ideas and insights). If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Rick Collins at rick@hiphi.org.
