This leader demonstrates a clear and ongoing commitment to supporting and advancing women in construction. He actively works to remove barriers, promote inclusion, and foster equitable opportunities.
2). Advocacy and Sponsorship
This individual uses his voice, influence, and platform to advocate for women in construction. He demonstrates active sponsorship and mentorship by creating visibility, access, and advancement opportunities.
3). Culture Builder
This leader contributes to building inclusive workplace cultures where women feel valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
4). Impact
The nominee has made measurable and meaningful contributions that have positively impacted women in construction and strengthened the industry as a whole.
