In 2026, as practices continue to navigate challenging conditions, your input will help ensure the ACA can advocate effectively to government and focus support where it matters most.
Please complete one survey per practice, or one survey per state for multi-state offices. Your responses should reflect your practice’s position at the time of completing the survey.
All survey responses are strictly confidential and will be de-identified before analysis and reporting. Contact details, including email addresses, will be removed to ensure that no individual or practice can be linked to the findings.
