OKLAHOMA DANCE RUSH MENU 2026 (Thurs-Sat) Below are the options for Saturday Rushables. Please be sure to fill out if you would like a box lunch/salad for Saturday. Scroll to the bottom and tally your total # of items!!!

THURSDAY MENU

For each day that you would like food delivered, click on the item(s) you would like. If you want lunch AND dinner, check two items. If you are buying for you and a friend, check two items. For more than 1 of an item, click the item (ham sandwich) and then type in comment box (+3 ham sandwiches) This will = 4 sandwiches. No menu substitutions.

$25/box or salad (price includes delivery fee, tax, and tip)

Pick up time for THURSDAY is Noon.

PLEASE PAY BY LOGGING INTO COUNTRY DANCE DIRECTOR.
1) Log into Country Dance Director
2) Scroll down and click on OKLAHOMA DANCE RUSH.
3) CLICK ON the green "Add Product" button
4) You will enter the # of TOTAL LUNCHES ORDERED in the quantity box
5) CLICK ON "add to cart"
6) CLICK ON the red "Checkout" button
7) you will then enter your payment information
8) CLICK ON "complete payment"
9) please type "I understand how to pay" in the box below(Required.)
