Woodstock Transit Route Study - Round 2 Public Survey

The City of Woodstock is completing a transit route study in collaboration with Dillon Consulting Limited. This project will explore and recommend improvements, adjustments, and changes to Woodstock Transit to help meet the needs of current and future residents.

The purpose of this survey is to provide the study team with feedback on the proposed Woodstock Transit routes, including positive aspects of the planned network, what could be improved upon, and other relevant feedback.

While the survey focuses on changes to Woodstock Transit routes, other aspects of transit service are being explored separately. Please note that hours and days of service, reliability, accessibility and other aspects of passenger experience are being investigated independently of these proposed changes.

Whether or not you are a transit user, your participation is important. Collected responses will be used to directly inform the project’s recommendations and outcome.

Please note that all questions are optional, and you can exit the survey at any time. Your responses will remain confidential and will be used to inform the transit route study. Non-identifiable summaries of the results will be shared with Council and posted on the Let’s Talk Woodstock webpage.

The survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
Paper copies of the survey are available at Woodstock City Hall and can be returned in-person to either:

Woodstock City Hall (500 Dundas Street, Woodstock, ON, N4S 0A7) or
 Board of Works and Engineering Building (944 James Street, Woodstock, ON, N4S 0B5).

If you have any questions regarding the survey or require accommodations or assistance in completing the survey, please contact Tatjana Milne at tmilne@cityofwoodstock.ca and we will work with you to ensure your participation.
