Central Coast Comicon is excited to be bringing back our C4 Cosplay Champion Competition! This comp is a pre-registered competition open to people who like to take their cosplaying to the next level by handcrafting over 75% of their Cosplay costume.

10 entries will be selected by our judges to be the C4 Cosplay Champion Finalists. These finalists will be required to attend Central Coast Comicon, taking place on Saturday 23rd May at The Entertainment Grounds, Gosford.

The C4 Cosplay Champion Competition will be held on the Main Stage, where all 10 Finalists will have an opportunity to showcase their creations and for a Q&A with our MC!

There are three prize categories for this competition;
First, Second & Third Place

Terms and Conditions
  • Your Cosplay has to be 75% handcrafted new, recycled, or up-cycled materials
  • An on-stage explanation of your creation/design processes is required.
  • A workbook document showing your crafting is required to be approved.
  • You will need to be attending Central Coast Comicon 2026 and be available to go onstage.
  • Provide permission to post your submitted images to social media where we will tag you.
  • All finalists will be required to sign a copy of the event Code of Conduct upon selection.
  • Judges' on-the-day decisions are final.
  • You will be notified at least 14 days prior to the competition whether you have been accepted.
