Gender equality in the Public Transport sector - the male perspective

This anonymous survey is for MEN working in the public transport and urban mobility sector! We notice that, in general, it is hard to engage with men on the issue of gender equality. Any conference session with the words "gender" or "women" in the title tends to attract a room full of women, with very few men. However, the research is clear that gender equality in organisations brings many benefits, especially in the public transport sector which is generally male-dominated, with public transport networks generally based on the needs of men whilst overlooking those of women. We would like to have your perspective.
