Canadian Dental Hygienists Association (CDHA) Survey
on the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) 2026

This survey is designed to obtain data on CDHA members’ experiences with the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). This data will be used in our advocacy with the Federal Government and Sun Life to improve services under the CDCP for both providers and patients and to inform our ongoing support to members.
