Ben Sawyer Trail

The Ben Sawyer Trail is a proposed 10ft-12ft wide multiuse path project that is being developed in phases with the first phase connecting the existing multiuse path on the Ben Sawyer Causeway to the intersection of Rifle Range Rd/McCants Dr. The path is proposed on the south side of Ben Sawyer Blvd and will utilize the existing right-of-way as much as feasibly possible. Future expansion of the path along Ben Sawyer Blvd will occur as funding becomes available. This path is part of the larger Town-wide Mount Pleasant Way Project (https://www.tompsc.com/1347/Mount-Pleasant-Way) providing opportunity for recreation and alternative transportation modes like biking and walking.
