We’re looking for people who have lived experience of the following conditions that can help us shape the way we plan and develop health and care services:
  • cardiovascular (heart) conditions: covers a wide range of disorders affecting the heart and blood vessels, such as coronary heart disease, heart failure, stroke, and peripheral artery disease
  • respiratory (lung) conditions: covers a wide range of ailments affecting the airways and lungs, impacting breathing and gas exchange. Such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, respiratory infections that range from flu and pneumonia
  • diabetes (types 1, 2 and pre-diabetes)
There are different ways for you to get involved and have your say, with both online and in-person opportunities available. This could include taking part in surveys, giving feedback in a group discussion or being involved in work to design future services alongside our staff.
