Call for Sessions – 2026 CBDL Conference & Annual Meeting

November 12 to 13, 2026 | Three Rivers Convention Center, Kennewick, WA

The Columbia Basin Development League (CBDL) invites industry experts, researchers, and stakeholders to submit presentation proposals for our upcoming Annual Conference. We are seeking dynamic speakers to share insights, solutions, and perspectives on the Columbia Basin Project, a vital multi-purpose infrastructure system supporting 700,000 acres of irrigated farmland and critical water resources across Washington State.

Available Session Blocks:

Thursday, November 12: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch break from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
Friday, November 13: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM (Noon)
