Parman Terrace – Odana Road to the cul-de-sac

The City is planning a 2027 construction project on Parman Terrace. The project includes replacement of sanitary sewer main and laterals, storm sewer main and structures, water main and services, base course, driveway aprons, asphalt pavement, curb & gutter, pavement markings, signs, improvements on pedestrian crossings, and new sidewalk installation. More information about the specific impacts to the street will be shared at the public information meeting.

The project improvements include replacement of sanitary sewer main and laterals, water main and services, storm sewer main, existing pavement and gravel base, curb and gutter, driveway aprons, pavement markings, and street lights. Existing sidewalk will be replaced as needed. On McGuire, sidewalk will be added to both sides of the street.
