This survey is part of a research project funded by the William Grant Foundation. We are conducting this survey to understand how social housing tenants in Scotland have experienced the installation of low-carbon heating technologies in recent years. In particular, we want to learn what advice and support was provided to tenants before, during, and after installations, and whether any challenges have been reported.
Your input will help us build an understanding of advice provision across Scotland and identify what works well and where improvements could be made. The survey should take around 5–10 minutes to complete.
All data collected through this survey will be stored securely on our internal server and will not be shared with any external parties. Data will be retained for 6 months after the project ends, after which it will be securely anonymised or deleted.
Findings from the survey will be reported by grouping common themes and trends together. We intend to list all participating housing providers as part of the final report, but you do not need to provide your organisation's name if you would prefer not to be listed.
Participation in this survey is voluntary, and by completing it, you are consenting to the use of your responses for research purposes as described above.
