We’re looking for a name that has a strong connection, is relevant to the area and means something to our regional communities. To enter the competition, you simply need to read the instructions below and complete this form by Friday, 3 October 2025.
When coming up with your name there’s some things you need to keep in mind:
It must be relevant and meaningful to the region and/or local community
It must be a maximum of three words in length
It can’t be an abbreviation or the initials of a person
It can’t have a similar name, spelling or pronunciation to other regional landmarks within proximity to the bridge
It can’t include cardinal directions (i.e. north, south, east or west)
It can commemorate a local/regional event, person or place
Entries must be respectful and inclusive – no offensive or discriminatory language will be accepted.
