Ferguson CLE Fellowship Cohort 5 Student Interest Form

Our Ferguson CLE Fellowship Application for Cohort 5 will open in March 2026. If you're interested in applying, please complete this short form to be added to our email list. We'll notify you as soon as the application becomes available.

Eligibility Requirements:
To be considered for the program, applicants must:
1) Be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship after graduation (based on our donors' wishes, we are not able to accept F-1 visa students)
2) Have a minimum 3.0 GPA
3) Demonstrate a strong interest in pursuing a career in the real estate industry — including, but not limited to, commercial, construction, affordable housing, residential, brokerage, multi-family, or industrial sectors).
