Awards are open to members within the four-chapter member (CCSC, COSC, Uhart, & USJ) schools, and they must be an active Sigma Theta Tau International member.

The submission will be disqualified if directions are not followed and/or applications are not completed by the due date.

Awards will be distributed at our annual Nurses Tea Event on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at the University of Saint Joseph. Recipients may be asked to present their work related to/supported by the grants/awards in May of 2027. Awardees or grantees who can not attend this year's Nurse's Tea event will be notified via email.

All proposals will be deidentified for the grant/award review process per the descriptions listed below.
