On-Site Review Event Survey

  • Events may occur anytime throughout the year. Please give us a minimum of 2 weeks' notice prior to your event to allow for scheduling. The more notice you can provide, the better (especially if your events are limited).
  • Event Examples: Concerts, performances, festivals, public screenings, readings, workshops, publications, and more. Fundraisers, rehearsals, & private tours are not eligible for review.
  • We will email you prior to your event to confirm the review is scheduled. Please do not hold tickets prior to this confirmation, as we are not always able to schedule a review for your preferred event.
