Do you know a successful community banker under the age of 40? ICBA will recognize these leaders in the June/July 2026 issue of Independent Banker magazine. Nominate them (or yourself!) here. Click here for full details on eligibility. [UPDATE LINK]

You may enter more than one person from the same computer, but you will not be able to save your progress and exit. We recommend you compose your responses on a separate document and then copy and paste them into the survey fields.

You can also email your responses to the following questions (plus the nominee's and the nominator's contact details) to nominations@icbabanks.org

Here are the questions:

  • Describe the nominee's vision of and for community banking. How does their approach to their job align with this vision?
  • Describe the nominee's leadership style. How does it set them apart from their peers?
  • Describe a project or initiative that the nominee spearheaded. What were the benefits to their community bank and/or to the community banking industry?
  • Describe how the nominee has worked to make a positive impact on their community, community bank or industry. Examples: by being an active community volunteer, by participating in their state community banking association, and/or by advocating for community bank-friendly policies with legislators.
Each answer must be 300 words or fewer.
