Here are the questions:
- Describe the nominee's vision of and for community banking. How does their approach to their job align with this vision?
- Describe the nominee's leadership style. How does it set them apart from their peers?
- Describe a project or initiative that the nominee spearheaded. What were the benefits to their community bank and/or to the community banking industry?
- Describe how the nominee has worked to make a positive impact on their community, community bank or industry. Examples: by being an active community volunteer, by participating in their state community banking association, and/or by advocating for community bank-friendly policies with legislators.
Each answer must be 300 words or fewer.
