Join the New Orleans Region Industry Alliance for our 2nd Women in Industry Forum. This event brings together female leaders from the industrial community to mentor high school students who have shown interest in STEM and industrial career paths. Last year's forum hosted 250 students, industry volunteers, and educators.

Through hands-on career stations and interactive discussions, the event connects students with educational resources, career pathways, and real-life role models. For sponsors, it's a direct connection to the next generation of your workforce.

Ticket & Sponsorship Selection:
3.Presenting Sponsor - $8,000 (limit 1)
  • Welcome attendees at the event during the opening ceremonies
  • Company name and logo featured as primary event sponsor on all signage, materials, and press releases: “Sponsored by _”
  • Sponsor of the photo booth featuring props with your company’s logo, such as hardhats and uniforms
  • Sponsor a hands-on station for students (e.g. career exploration, STEM demonstration, interview tips, etc.)
  • Sponsor five (5) student luncheon tables with signage
  • Ten (10) seats at lunch for female industry mentor volunteers
  • Social media post to share with your audience & tagging in NORIA’s post
4.Platinum Sponsor - $5,000 (limit 2)
  • Listed at the podium during the opening ceremonies with logo prominently displayed on screen
  • Sponsor a hands-on station for students (e.g. career exploration, STEM demonstration, interview tips, etc.)
  • Sponsor five (5) student luncheon tables with signage
  • Ten (10) seats at lunch for female industry mentor volunteers
  • Social media post provided to share across your platforms
5.Gold Sponsor - $3,500 (limit 5)
  • Listed at the podium during the opening ceremonies among other gold sponsors
  • Sponsor a hands-on station for students (e.g. career exploration, STEM demonstration, interview tips, etc.)
  • Sponsor three (3) student luncheon tables with signage
  • Six (6) seats at lunch for female industry mentor volunteers
  • Social media post provided to share across your platforms
6.Silver Sponsor - $2,000 (limit 8)
  • Sponsor a hands-on station for students (e.g. career exploration, STEM demonstration, interview tips, etc.)
  • Sponsor two (2) student luncheon tables with signage
  • Four (4) seats at lunch for female industry mentor volunteers
  • Social media post provided to share across your platforms
7.Mentor Lunch Ticket - $150 (limit 20)
Includes one (1) ticket to the mentor luncheon & your company is listed at the table
8.Fashion Show Sponsor - $2,000 (limit 1)
Feature your brand during the “Dress for Success” fashion show at the end of the event
9.Conference Bag Sponsor - $2,000 (limit 1)
Co-branded bag with your company logo and NORIA distributed to all attendees and volunteers
10.Lanyard Sponsor - $2,000 (limit 1)
Co-branded lanyard with your company logo and NORIA distributed to all attendees and volunteers
11.Lunch Sponsor - $1,500 (limit 1)
Recognition during the luncheon program & company logo on event signage
12.Water Bottle Sponsor - $750 (limit 4)
Co-branded water bottle with your company logo and NORIA distributed to all attendees and volunteers
The billing and registration contact will each receive the invoice via email, sent through our QuickBooks system.
Please note: non-member companies must pay the invoice prior to the event.
