Welcome to the 2026 Blue Water Community Action Community Needs Survey

It is a requirement of our funding sources that we conduct a community needs assessment every three years to help determine the needs of St. Clair County (Michigan) residents with low incomes. This survey is confidential, so your answers will only be reported as a group. There are no questions asked that can personally identify you in any way.
