A Community Improvement Plan is a tool that allows municipalities to offer grants and incentives to help improve commercial properties, support business growth, encourage revitalization, and enhance our communities.

The Township is proposing grants of up to 50% of eligible costs (maximum $5,000) for improvements such as building façades, signs, landscaping, accessibility upgrades, lighting, and murals.
