Te Nehenehenui is undertaking a review of our Trust Deed, as required within five years of settlement. This is not about fixing a problem — it's an opportunity for us to shape how our trustees are elected and how our iwi is represented going forward.
This survey invites you to share your views on key questions, including how Kura Tau and Kura Rere trustees should be elected, the role of Te Kura Kaumātua, the ideal number of trustees, and if anything is missing from the current structure.
Your voice matters. The feedback gathered through this survey and our engagement hui (May–July 2026) will help guide the decisions ahead for Te Nehenehenui.
