NOI 2026 Community Needs Assessment Survey

As part of an effort to understand the barriers and challenges individuals and families face in their communities, NOI is asking you for your participation in completing our 2026 Community Needs Assessment survey, with the opportunity to enter a raffle for a chance to win one of two $50 gift cards. NOI will be collecting surveys until March 27th and contact the raffle winner in mid-April. Your opinions are the utmost importance and will be kept confidential.
