OUR TRYOUT PROCESS:
Triangle is the top-ranked club in the Carolinas—driven by a clear athlete-focused mission, elite coaching, and a proven training philosophy. Our tryout and team selection process is exactly what it should be: open, fair, and pressure-free. We are committed to building teams through an open competitive process where effort, attitude, and potential are valued and evaluated.
The integrity of our tryout process is paramount to shaping our teams and avoids the pitfalls of the pre-offer process used by some clubs where some athletes are promised specific roles, playing time, and training advantages over their future teammates.

Additionally, our process is intentionally designed to support parental/athlete choice, not pressure. From pre-tryout open gyms through tryouts, families are free to explore other clubs without any restrictions or fear of reprisal.
