Background
Northwestern Health Unit (NWHU) has engaged MNP LLP ("MNP"), a national consulting and accounting firm, to facilitate the development of their strategic plan, by:
  • facilitating a process that seeks meaningful input from key stakeholders and partners with respect to current and emerging priorities in your environment to inform strategy development,
  • developing a strategy that reflects the emerging environmental realities of NWHU.
MNP is engaging a variety of stakeholders including the board, leadership, staff, community partners, funders and more in a series of exploratory interviews, focus groups, and surveys to gather their perspectives as inputs into the plan development.

Feedback from all the engagement activities will be consolidated into a summary report which will be provided to the strategic planning committee to ensure they are aware of participant feedback.
