The Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury is reviewing its local transit service following the April 2025 transition from fixed-route transit to the current on-demand model. The Town is seeking feedback from riders and non-riders to understand how well the service is meeting community needs, how experiences may have changed over time, and where improvements may be needed.
All questions are optional. Your responses will remain confidential and will be used to inform the Town’s transit review. Non-identifiable summaries of the results will be shared with Council and posted on the Town website.
The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Paper copies of the survey are available at the Town Office and can be returned in-person by July 10 to the Town Office at
