The
Staffordshire Gateway Growth Panel is a research project designed to help understand the unique
opportunities and challenges facing businesses across South and East Staffordshire. Local authorities in Staffordshire are in the early stages of proposing what level of devolution the region should opt for and we believe the voice of business needs to be heard in developing the new strategic authority that will be created.
The project is being led by the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce’s Insight & Intelligence Unit, and has been developed in partnership with the Burton and District, Cannock Chase, and Lichfield & Tamworth Chambers of Commerce. A panel of senior business leaders across the region are currently working with the Chambers to
develop a set of policy recommendations and the findings from this survey will be used to provide an evidence base for the final report.
This survey is designed to understand the opinions of businesses across the region and
should take about 6 minutes to complete. The Chambers will use the report to directly influence local, regional and national stakeholders over the coming years and the information you provide will be essential for strengthening our arguments. The more responses we get, the stronger our argument, so once you have completed the survey, do
please share it with other businesses in your network.
The survey will run from 10th November to 8th December 2025. Please be assured that
