1. Completion of this application form is compulsory for all applicants for the position of Graduate Trainee.
2. Should you submit more than one application form, you may be disqualified from the recruitment process.
3. You hereby confirm that all information submitted is true, complete and accurate in all respects and is not misleading in any manner. Decisions are taken by Power Partners in good faith on the basis of statements made in the application form. If it is discovered that a false or misleading statement has been made or information has been omitted from an individual's application form, Power Partners may withdraw or terminate that individual's application, dependent on the circumstances.

You hereby consent to the information and data that you provide to Power Partners being used by Power Partners for credit scoring, credit assessment, debt tracing or fraud and money-laundering prevention. Accordingly, Power Partners may disclose this information or data to credit reference agencies or other credit assessment, debt tracing or fraud prevention organisations and you hereby consent to the disclosure of such information and data by Power Partners to such agencies and the use thereof for verification purposes.
5. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you hereby consent to Power Partners, through a third party, conducting an ITC check against your name.
6. You acknowledge that Power Partners reserves the right to disqualify you from the recruitment process solely on the basis of the information obtained through the screening and background checks described in 4 and 5 above.
