Since 2023, the American Board of Imaging Informatics (ABII) has proudly presented the Excellence in Imaging Informatics Awards, celebrating outstanding achievements in the field.
The program recognizes excellence among Certified Imaging Informatics Professionals (CIIPs), vendors that sell products or provide services in imaging informatics, and employers that support professionals in obtaining and maintaining the CIIP certification. One winner is selected in each category.

- Read all instructions carefully. The nomination form will ask you for things like the nominee’s or vendor/employer contact’s email, phone, and other demographic information.
- You’ll also need to submit a description of how the nominee meets the award criteria. Include specific examples.
- Deadline for submissions is July 17, 2026.

CIIP: Certified Imaging Informatics Professional.
Employer: A hospital, institution, clinic, facility, or department.
Vendor: A commercial entity that sells products or provides services in imaging informatics.
