Welcome to the Edmonds Stage 3 Highway 99 Revitalization Process!
Stage 3 of the Highway 99 Revitalization project will see roadway improvements constructed between 244th Street SW and 238th Street SW. This half mile section is home to a wide range of local businesses, family homes, and modern industry, presenting a unique and vibrant landscape that represents a diversity of residents and activities. As such, a key goal of this project is to encapsulate the area’s character through distinct and intentional urban design elements.
The public is invited to engage and share perspectives about how to achieve this goal. Your valuable input will shape the final decisions, ensuring that any urban design elements along the Highway 99 corridor meets the needs of local residents while becoming a defining feature of the roadway.
