Child and Youth Survey

Thank you for taking the time to participate in this survey. We’re seeking input from parents and caregivers of children living with psoriatic disease (psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis/juvenile idiopathic arthritis), as well as youth aged 18 to 30 who are living with psoriatic disease themselves. Your experiences and perspectives are extremely important.

The purpose of this survey is to better understand the challenges, needs, and experiences of young people affected by psoriatic disease—from first symptoms and the journey to diagnosis through to treatment and ongoing care. We’re particularly interested in learning about the barriers, supports, information, and resources that would make a meaningful difference for children, youth, and their families.

The insights gathered will help inform our upcoming World Psoriasis Day activities, which will focus on the theme of youth. Your feedback will guide the development of future programs, advocacy efforts, and resources aimed at addressing unmet needs in diagnosis, treatment, and care for young people living with psoriatic disease.

This anonymous survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your responses will remain confidential.

Thank you for sharing your experiences and helping us better support children, youth and families affected by psoriatic disease.
