Connected Rural Communities Collaborative (CRCC)

The Connected Rural Communities Collaborative (CRCC) is a group of organizations working together to improve the sense of belonging, connections and inclusion in our region. The Grand Bend Area Community Health Centre is administering this survey on behalf of the CRCC.

We want to learn about your experiences. Do you feel a sense of belonging? Do you feel included and connected in your community? What activities, programs and services would be most useful to you and others? What barriers prevent you from feeling included? What gets in the way of your participation?
