The Bruce County Museum and Cultural Centre (BCM&CC) is undertaking an update of its strategic plan to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality programs and services for County residents and visitors. To support this work, we have engaged TCI Management Consultants, who have extensive experience in strategic planning with municipalities, cultural organizations and museums.
This work provides us with an opportunity to hear from residents and visitors of Bruce County so that we can better understand how you use the BCM&CC, and what you would like to see in the future from your community museum.
