ICS Maritime Barometer Survey 2025-2026

The International Chamber of Shipping's annual ICS Maritime Barometer is a tool for evaluating current trends in the maritime industry and intends to glean valuable insights into emerging issues and priorities for industry leaders that are shaping the future of shipping.

This survey will provide vital intelligence for those developing business strategies or formulating the policies and the priorities that drive national, regional and global decision-making.

As an industry leader, you are asked to assess the impact, uncertainty and priority of ongoing crucial issues in the maritime sector of your country and business.

This survey is only open to the most senior person responsible for maritime-related operations at your organisation (ideally C-suite level).

The survey has 15 compulsory questions and 2 optional questions. It is in multiple choice format (with the option for free text where appropriate) and takes about 10 minutes to complete.

The survey will close on 27 February 2026.
