As we develop this plan, we are asking that you share your input and insights by completing a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) assessment.
- Strengths – Areas that Unity Health excels in.
- Weaknesses – Areas that we can improve upon or address at Unity Health.
- Opportunities – Factors or circumstances that we can use to our advantage at Unity Health.
- Threats - Changes in the healthcare environment that could hinder Unity Health's success.
