Introduction

Welcoming more than one million visitors each year, Sugarloaf is one of Gwinnett County’s main activity centers where you can live, work, learn, create, and play.

Gwinnett County and the Sugarloaf Community Improvement District are working together on a Small Area Plan to update the long-term vision for Sugarloaf. The goal is to make it easier to get around, strengthen the area’s identity, and support future growth in a way that benefits everyone.
